Background | Bolton MovieMakers

Bolton MovieMakers is a long established group of film and video enthusiasts who enjoy making films for pleasure.

The Club originated in the days of cine and has progressed over time to embrace modern technology. Members films may be projected onto a screen in high definition and a full sound system allows the audience to appreciate the production further.

We offer a warm welcome to all regardless of ability, whether an absolute beginner or experienced Moviemaker.

We are very active, competing with other Video Clubs in the North West and beyond. We have a varied programme of events to appeal to the interests of all our members.

The Club is affiliated to the Film & Video Institute (IAC)
