Bolton MovieMakers is a long established group of film and videomakers who enjoy making films for pleasure.

The Club originated in the days of cine and has progressed over time to embrace modern technology. Members’ films may be projected onto a screen in high definition and a full sound system allows the audience to appreciate the production further.

We offer a warm welcome to all regardless of ability, whether absolute beginner or experienced moviemaker.

We are very active and there a number of film evenings appealing to the interests and experience of members.

The Club also participates in inter-club events and is affiliated to the Institute of Amateur Cinematographers (IAC) www.theiac.org.uk.

The Club is also twinned with Video Clubs in our twin towns of Paderborn in Germany and Le Mans in France.
